Provides leadership and strategic vision to the EIS Space SD&I Operations Service Delivery team enabling them to deliver on their statement of work commitments. Responsible for direct management oversight of four Service Delivery Managers representing a virtual team of approximately 110 individuals. Also performs as the Space SD&I focal point for the CSC Systems Support manager, a team of approximately 35 individuals. Focuses on initiatives to streamline and modernize the Space Systems applications portfolio in support of a one company strategy. Engages closely with the Enterprise Initiatives and System Engineering teams to ensure data migration from legacy systems and application retirement plans occur. Leads the O&M Service Delivery team to provide sustained operational capability as well as to develop and implement modernization recommendations. Advocates technology initiatives/solutions for the Service Oriented Architecture, supports the Space ITSP and delivers high quality technical performance. Responsible for all related Statements of Work and works closely with the LM Space Systems IT organization/CIO and EIS Account Management organization to assure EIS commitments are met and performance reported through weekly and monthly status assessments. Space Systems SD&I point of contact for all Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues.
