      Lead the delivery of the Investment Bank’s IT and Data strategy which was a long running outstanding need from our lead regulators in the US and UK. The role included the set up, mobilisation and orchestration of the program to define and document the IT, process and data strategy and a multi-year plan across Barclays IB, Treasury, Group functions and infrastructure. The end deliverables included a multi-hundred page document and plan, and presentation of the strategy and plan to our lead regulators in the UK and US. The effort required the bringing together of dozens of senior stakeholders across the IB, the Group functions and technology to build a holistic strategy. It required regular briefings to senior Barclays Group management (e.g. CEO, COO) and Board members on program direction and status to ensure all bank-wide senior stakeholders were appropriately informed of the plan and progress. I ran a weekly senior steering committee to direct and oversee the strategy and planning work throughout the period. The final piece of work was to build and set up the program and oversight structure to oversee the execution of the strategy, handing it over to a program director. Show less
