Job responsibilities included all classical aspects of internal control systems, cycle audits, fraud audits and process analyses. These services were initially performed exclusively for Clark's subsidiaries worldwide (I was based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany), but were eventually sold to other Fortune 500 companies as an outsourced service.
