  Hardware Project Engineer

  My duties included a comprehensive knowledge and skill in repairing all mobile computing products and accessories, down to component level. I was responsible for providing customer phone support of hardware systems and software. I also was responsible for interfacing with TouchStar’s hardware vendors and resolving any interface or firmware issues between the two. My other duties required me to provide creative hardware engineering solutions/designs, systems installation management and required technical documents to include installation manuals. I was also responsible for training other technicians to include production/manufacturing technicians to manufacture, troubleshoot, and maintain client hardware systems. I also have experience with vehicle CAN BUS protocols, Wi-Fi systems, Cellular modems, and GPS systems.
