On early shifts I set up one of the counters to a high standard ready for customers within a one hour time frame showing my ability to time manage. Flexibility was a large requirement, not only being ready to work long and unfavourable hours, but also being able to adapt to being placed into new roles, in different sections of the store at short notice.
