  In my current role, I lead a team of 15-20 professionals with various roles, including consultants, configurators, QAs, and project managers. Concurrently, I serve as the Programme Manager for one of our global clients, overseeing the successful execution of their projects, the resource management and I provide real-time support for any challenges that arise.Key responsibilities:- I contribute to the scoping of projects to ensure a sustainable and efficient delivery approach. At this stage I was owning projects as a Configuration Lead and I was responsible with reviewing the work completed by more junior members of the team. While leading projects I had to ensure that all stakeholders are always informed about the status of the project and the risks as well.
