Managed 22 stores owned by the Development Agent of the UAE. Ensured operational excellence while adhering to Subway's high standards. Coordinating between the Subway Office and the Local Municipality, facilitated food safety training for over 250 staff, fostering a culture of food safety and improved team skills across all stores. Stores were prepared with precision and accuracy for municipality inspections as well as compliance audits, conducted by the Subway office. Organized and detailed reports were submitted to franchisees and Subway HQ in the US. In-store educational sessions were taught to new franchise owners, store managers and field consultants. These classes focused on food safety, customer service and sales targets, to ensure they were able to pass the franchisee qualification course. Managed procurement and coordinated with the Regional Office in Beirut for accurate submission of inventory and sales paperwork. Spearheaded Research and Development tests for new products, analyzed consumer feedback and presented findings to the regional office. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were tracked and assisted in the successful implementation of training programs. This ensured the achievement of revenue goals, leading to the consistent ranking of the stores under my management in the top 10 of the UAE for sales and service. Show less
