Including but not limited to; Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Social Media, PR and Data.- Developed and implemented 2020 marketing strategy including email strategy and design, social media strategy and event marketing strategy.- Conducted extensive analysis into the companies data. Redeveloped CRM reporting guidelines to improve the alignment with event target markets.- Streamlined the copywriting and proofing processes for all brochures and EDM's for over 300 events per year. This saw the turn around of 2 key staff members' time allocation to allow workload capacity to ad hoc projects.- Prepare and deliver monthly updates for General Manager, analysing the success & faults of that months campaigns.- Attend and actively participate in an array of company meetings to represent the marketing function. To provide insights on data, campaigns, general marketing capacity to deliver on ad hoc projects. - Project manage all marketing assets feeding into each event campaign including but not limited to; brochure design, data build and reporting, 5 x EDM's, speaker/session copy and social media.- Work closely with all other departments, in particular production team to ensure we are articulating event content effectively through our marketing channels.
