Often, information processes in an organisation are not working efficiently, and people have difficulty in finding and accessing the information they need to make decisions or do their job efficiently. FLSmidth has more than 11.000 employees worldwide and the new IT platform had an impact on every department.I created a SharePoint campaign site for the Helios Program on the corporate intranet, where all employees could find information regarding the new IT platform such as; regional roll-out plan, training materials, the Helios Organization etc. Show less
