  As a member of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy workout team, I was responsible for effectively managing the company's labor situation; our goal was to prepare the company for a successful sale. Significant Accomplishments: -Resolved two strikes on terms favorable to the company.-Managed collective bargaining at 25 separate sites across the country. Of those 25 sites, 18 eventually chose to decertify.

  I led a fantastic group of HR professionals who were responsible for all aspects of employee and labor relations at Express Scripts, Inc. Significant Accomplishments: -Successfully led collective bargaining with 8 different unions located at various sites across the U.S. with no strikes or other work stoppages.-Led the company's response to 2 union organizing drives involving 400+ employees. Acted as the company's primary spokesperson, won both campaigns by 2:1 margins.-Implemented a case management system to track all employee relations issues across the company, which allowed prompt and accurate reporting to senior leaders and external agencies.
