  Joined Donaldsons in 1996 where I set up a specialist shopping centre leasing team having a key role with flagship instructions the likes of Brent Cross/Hammerson & Standard Life. I was also heavily involved in the design, preleasing strategy and delivery of the comprehensive refurbishment of The Liberty Centre, Romford on behalf of Hammerson, subsequently sold to Cosgrave Properties.

  Joined CBRE's Shopping Centre Leasing Team as a Senior Director taking an active role in the leadership and development of the team.Since joining CBRE I have acted on behalf of Westfield in respect of leasing both Westfield London (opened Oct 2008) providing 1.5M sq ft, fully let on COD and Westfield Stratford City (opened Sept 2011) providing the gateway to the 2012 Olympic Games, providing 1.9M sq ft let to JLP, M&S which was 95% let on COD. Leased Meyer Bergman's Broadway Centre in Bradford which opened 90% let in November 2015. Anchored by M&S and Debenhams with Next, H&M, TopShop & River Island. This development has regenerated a major part of one of the great Cities of The North and will provide a cataylst to future developments in the City of Bradford.Currently engaged in the leasing of Westfield's Phase II extension to Westfield London, a 740,000 sq ft development anchored by a 230,000 sq ft John Lewis & 95,000 sq ft Primark extending Westfield London to 2.6M sq ft. Flagship lettings to Urban Revivo, Stradivarius, Lush, Mango, Adidas, H&M, Boden, White Comp & Boots providing some 450 stores reinforcing this centre as London's dominant super regional shopping centre. Pre leasing AXIOM on behalf of Lateral Property Group. A new Regional Shopping Centre destination on J.32 of the M62, anchored by M&S, Next, Primark & Boots providing 600,000 sq ft of retail and leisure adjacent to The Xscape and the Junction 32 Outlet. Other major projects and clients include The Liberty Romford/Cosgrave, North Star/Seven Capital and Bon Accord/St Nicholas Aberdeen/CAPRON. Show less
