  We are now available for virtual personal training as well. We are an award winning boutique Personal Training Studio located Downtown Memphis from 2002 to end of Feb. 2020. Relocated biz to South Carolina and in pursuit of onsite location. I am Owner/Director of Training at Energy Fitness (Club 29 Fitness Inc.). When onsite facility I work in and on the business which includes supervising our on-site personal trainers, massage therapists and healing arts practitioners. I am responsible for the facility and everything that happens within it. Responsible for company policy and all written procedures, business analytics, marketing, finance, website, social media, plan and vision. I have copywritten over 100 fitness programs that my trainers and myself utilize to get results fast and safe for our clients. We offer 30 min. semi-private personal training sessions, nutrition coaching and massage therapy/healing arts services. Show less
