      I was employed as a project support worker in an adult residential facility, which was operated in conjunction with the probation and welfare service. My role included acting as an advocate to the residents of the house, modelling a more positive way of life through our actions and nourishing the skills of each individual to ultimately allow them to manage their own lives without letting previous negative habits determine future behaviour.
