My last assignment was with the 121st Evacuation Hospital/160th Medical Detachment, near Inchon, Korea, where I gained significant experience working with combat trauma cases.

      I performed the development, maintenance, and administration of the website for the Mid-Hudson Chapter of APICS. The site was Search Engine Optimized (SEO), with a responsive design, and collected visitation data; website development was performed using RapidWeaver, Stacks, Joe Workman’s Foundation/Eclipse/Jack, and a collection of third-party add-ons. The site was hosted with GoDaddy, the administration was performed using cPanel. Analytics was performed with Google Analytics and Quicklytics. Show less The Mid-Hudson Chapter of APICS was incorporated as a 501(C)3 Corporation, with all the rights and fiduciary responsibilities defined by the Federal Internal Revenue Service. As President of the corporation, I managed an energetic team of Vice-Presidents comprising the Board of Directors and provided thought leadership. We supported our local affiliates in the Hudson Valley with professional development meetings and production & inventory management education offerings. Our local affiliates were individuals working for multiple companies within the Hudson Valley of New York State. Software used were: iContact, Asana, RapidWeaver, cPanel, Evernote, Parallels, Quicken, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Skype, data.com, Quicklytics, Google Analytics, Google Docs, and Apple’s Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and Prezi.       I led a manufacturing applications support team in an SAP-centric environment that interfaces with 40+ business applications critical to billions of dollars in annual revenue across the following locations: Poughkeepsie, NY; Rochester, MN; Charlotte, NC; San Jose, CA; Singapore; Shenzhen, China; Fujisawa, Japan; Dublin, Ireland; Montpellier, France; Vac, Hungary. Processes were documented using business process modeling. I created and executed the software upgrade methodology for the worldwide hardware manufacturing SAP instance. My team used software tools from IntelliCorp and the Volere Requirements Engineering Methodology, taking it from Release Level 3.1 to 4.7 with no interruption to worldwide business processing and no major severity issues.
