  Commands a Warrior Transition Company which oversees the health, welfare, and morale of up to 200 Soldiers in Transition (SIT) and family members receiving medical care at Brooke Army Medical Center and surrounding medical treatment facilities in the San Antonio area. Supervises, mentors, and manages 50+ staff and leadership personnel which encompass the base of the Triad of SIT support which is dedicated to helping Soldiers in Transition.
