  Approved Saudi Aramco inspector for Civil and Coating. Responsible for Area J10 and Area J12. Conduct inspection of Anchor bolts, its location, size, length, bolt diameter, projection, elevation and orientation. Ensure that the bolt were properly fixed using template to avoid movemet during concrete placement. Ensure that all bolts were at its proper location using precision tools such as total station and auto level for elevation checking. Submit Quality control program to client. Conduct inspection of surface preparation prior to grouting, ensure that the foundation were properly cured and work transfer sheet were provided before grouting works, monitor in-process grouting, ensure that all the material were properly prepared and in good condition, ensure that the grouting material mix were properly monitor specially the temperature requirements.
