  The GSC ACES Customer Insights Team was created in 2020 to dive deep into escalations presented through Executive Customer Relations (ECR) and Safety, as well as inquiries from Media, Director, and VP+ inside and outside the network. The team identifies root causes related to operational gaps. These span operational process paths and tools used, from vendor/seller inbounding through all outbound operations, and work cross-functionally with organizations to implement solutions that improve our customers' experience with Amazon.
