FluidDA is now a world leader in the field of Functional Respiratory Imaging.• Constructed personalized 3D respiratory models (airway tree, lung lobular volumes) from CT images using segmentation techniques.• Used functional analysis using flow or structural simulations to check the efficacy of the administered drug in patients suffering from COPD.• Hands-on experience with MIMICS software which was used to construct these 3D models using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) & Finite Element Analysis (FEA).• Contributed to the development of Functional Respiratory Imaging that helps in making clinical trials shorter, faster and more cost-effective.   •Focused on advancing imaging for diagnostic using magnetic resonance to optimize the current classical methods.• Worked on the project titled ‘Direct Reconstruction Of Parametric Maps In Dynamic Contrast Enhanced (DCE) - MRI using Compressed Sensing’.• Developed algorithms and methods using Matlab to reduce the acquisition time and increase the temporal resolution in MRI.• Recovered images using a non-linear reconstruction from an undersampled k-space by promoting sparsity in an image transform domain.• Tried to estimate the pharmacokinetic parameters in DCE-MRI directly from the undersampled data instead of the traditional analysis of fitting the parameters to Toft's model.
