      In the height of the outbreak of people having been miss-sold PPI, I worked in one of the south's PPI complaints offices carrying out the following duties;- managing incoming calls from the general public, sometimes aggrevated or rude and unpleasant, dealt with complaints about individual cases of miss-sold PPI.- completed on a daily basis the calculated rebate from either single or consecutive loans where PPI had been miss-sold. Confidently using Excel and formulas to calculate rebate.- Reporting my performance daily to management and supporting the company where deadlines were set from the FCA (formerly known as the FSA).- Redirecting any unhappy customers to the Financial Ombundsman.- Liaising with 3rd parties to manage customers complaints; i.e. Gladstone Brookes.
