Create the Purchase Order and head to the board of directors to ask for approval of work execution and cost budgets. 5. Approach to Finance when prepayment of work is required. 6. Send Purchase Orders to suppliers, with the documents of payment if needed, and monitor the process according to the agreed schedule. 7. Coordinate with the spare part warehouse and raw material warehouse when the goods arrive to check the conformity of the goods with the order. 8. Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure the quality of the goods. 9. Call the external workers to help with the unloading process when the import goods arrive. 10.
