Representing my course and peers at course meeting and committee meeting, voicing student concerns and raising them through the proper channels so that they are correctly and swiftly addressed. This is a volunteering role which allows me to make a difference not only to the people I work with, but also tackle issues which have wider university impact. This role has strengthened my relationship with students and with staff too, making myself a recognised figure amongst the engineering faculty. STEM subjects to primary, secondary and college students. Primarily showcasing engineering design and Solidworks 3D design software. This two day showcase allowed hundreds of students to get a taste of STEM subjects at university.
