Most think that it is a Japanese founded company, however Superdry - formally known as Cult is British founded in Gloucester. The urban design which now populates most city centers and towns is in such high demand that they expanded in 2012 to Regent Street for produce their flagship store with 4 current working floors. It was a privilege to work for such a rapidly growing brand, which is now a house hold name, and opening 3 stores and working in over 7 different stores in my short time. Show less

  JD sports was founded in 1981, and now has over 800 stores which are populated from JD Pro's to Bank Fashion. Having a big statement to live up to as 'The King of Trainers' making them one the most exclusive places to shop on the high street for the upcoming seasons 'must haves'. The John David Group has gone from strength to strength, gaining brand such as Millets, Blacks, Cecil Gee and Scotts. Most recently JD has now open stores in Holland and has gained exclusivity of Adidas Football, making it the only re seller on the high street. My time here at JD was short but very informative. I have learnt the importance of a 'fast fashion', and merchandising to company standard that will reflect in every store equally. The training JD Sports provides for new members of management is informative and a re-education of business within retail. Show less
