I process child support orders from PA, MD, OH, and VA, speaking with customers throughout the process, and accurately providing the back payment to the requesting Court. I am involved in law enforcement and court actions by complying with subpoenas, search warrants, and summons, and provide up to 10 years of records for accounts that information has been requested of.   - Work in the Account Opening Group of Wealth Management to open and update accounts for Wealth Management clients, including Investment Management, Custodial, Master Agreement, Family Office, and Fiduciary Accounts.- Review legal documents including trusts, probate orders, and wills to ensure they are proper to open or update accounts with. - Review actions taken by KYC and Compliance prior to opening accounts to check that all procedures have been properly followed.- Update account coding and other changes per written customer instructions, including through Client Directed Letters, beneficiary designation changes, Funds Transfer Agreements, and other similar documents.- Confer with the Legal Department in certain instances of lack of clarity of documents, building a strong connection between Wealth Management and Legal. - Review DOAPs for the daily Wealth Online Access report, which authorize inquiry only access for individuals account owners deligate as someone who needs this. Check account information, as well as legal documents such as trusts, to ensure those who are granting access are permitted to sign for the account. In charge of ensuring the daily report is complete with upwards of 150 accounts per day, and sent on time to the Wealth Online Group. - Assisted Wealth Management senior analyst with a one month project in which accounts showing pending in the tracking system were followed up on or corrected in the coding system, so they could be taken off Risk Book ahead of an audit.
