  An information handyman who automates and improves processes in OptumHealth's Care Solutions - Demand Analytics group. I also do project analysis and problem resolution.• Saved 6 hours a day automating Avaya dialer reporting. The new process also stored dialer data in SQL Server tables for third party audits, historic reporting and data mining. A MDB checked data integrity, a SSIS package imported the data into SQL Server and another package delivered one file to the Avaya dialer.• Received spot bonus for leading department’s component of the technical development of new clinical management software. Identified and pulled department’s required data via Oracle queries. Organized the project through technical specifications, flowcharts, and a task list. Created SSIS packages to move and transform the data.• Improved monthly predictive model referral process to an efficient, steady state. Coordinated & tracked analysts’ tasks via a SharePoint list. Created step-by-step documentation for process rigor and transferrability. Created counts MDB to reduce verification time.
