      The Royal Mail People System Programme (PSP) is one the largest SAP HR implementations in Europe. The project won gold at the European IT Excellence Awards 2012. The final region of employees moved into PSP in July 2012 completing the rollout of 20,000 ESS / MSS users and over 160,000 payroll employees. The solution is successfully supported by HCL Application Management Service (AMS) by a team of onshore and offshore consultants and service managers.• Successfully completed delivery of the Technical Architecture work stream under tight timescales and difficult circumstances• Effectively turned around working relations with infrastructure service partner at key point in programme, weeks prior to initial go live. Opened communication channels and established enhanced working processes. Thus improving speed of delivery, stability and reducing risk and downtime• Combined people, process and tools to create the AM Service for PSP. Fifty consultants (on and offshore) ready for day one of the PSP go live.       The DHSSNI HRPTS (HR Payroll, Travel and Subsistence) project is part of the ambitious BSTP Programme (Business System Transformation Programme). HRPTS is a SAP HCM implementation incorporating Payroll, ESS MSS / Expenses Portal and e-Recruitment. The solution is deployed across the whole of DHSS in Northern Ireland and covers a payroll population of over 70 thousand employees. Responsibilities (full time role moving to part time from March 2014 – 50%)• Responsibility to plan and create service team to deliver ongoing support for the solution for a 10 year contract. Successfully achieved for go live in December 2012• Forge a relationships with key client senior managers, gaining their approval for the proposed service provision• Manage contract, rectify and change contractual anomalies and omissions through negotiation with Head of Business Systems. • Lead commercial planning and forecasting to ensure internal margin levels hit.• Support and guide the Service Delivery Managers in decision making and attend the monthly service review meeting.• Provide point of escalation for the client to manage areas of contention at a senior level• Input to business development of the account, creating roadmap and development of an 18 month benefits realisation programme.
