  Created the foundation of the redesign of the stairlift model TWO. Through creative session the demands and wishes were mapped from all stakeholders, which acted as input for a modular redesign. The result was a more flexible production internally and externally customer could easily upgrade their exisiting stairlift with options.Secondly , I led the software impelementation of PTC Creo and Windchill. A 3D software solution including both the engineering and product data management system. This involved various tasks like drawing up a list of requirements, coordinating feasibility with the supplier and informing colleagues. Show less

  Continuing to improve the customer experience only with the full MEP/GC portfolio in scope now. This means working on several projects collaborating with multiple departments to (re)define the customer journey. Some responsibilities: - Analyzing customer touchpoints to identify improvements.- Designing a solution on global level, including the necessary supporting processes, tools and knowledge to enable adoption.- Working closely with the regional teams to implement this by leading them through this change and enable them to take this to the next level.
