  Led sampling program for all hazardous wastes, drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater. Also managed the industrial hygiene program for over 5000 employees at Goodfellow Air Force Base including programs for respirators, confined spaces, hazardous noise, and radiation safety. Was also a key player in implementing an experimental ISO 14000 system and conducting environmental audits at four large Air Force bases in four different states.

Primary project was the demolition and removal of all facilities and contaminated sites at the former Point Lonely Short Range Radar Station (SRRS). Responsible for all aspects of the project including schedule, budget, logistics, staff, data collection, and report production.

  Program Director in charge of managing various contaminated sites projects in the Prudhoe Bay Unit on the north slope of Alaska. Primary focus was on investigating the Sand Dunes Landfill at the east end of the Prudhoe Bay Unit. Also managed multiple people functions within the Anchorage office including hiring, training, mentoring, and administrative functions.

  John served as a Principal Engineer in support of the West Region of ATC and the Project Delivery group within Atlas. He developed a Project Management training curriculum and assisted with special projects, including development of approval tracking software for the Atlas Authorization Matrix. John spent 2018 and early 2019 as the Branch Manager for the Anchorage office, responsible for staff management, financial management, and business development for the approximately 20-person office. The Anchorage office of ATC specializes in asbestos management and industrial hygiene assessments and operates a fully-certified asbestos laboratory.
