      Responsible for the management of a team of 4, whose skills range from first line fault fixing to the more complex 3rd line support tickets. I am the incident manager for TeleWare plc, being responsible for all platform and customer incidents. This includes managing the incident through to completion and dealing with all customer communications both internal and external. My role sees me being tasked with keeping regular 1-2-1 meetings with my staff to discuss their progress through their job role and to hold 6 monthly appraisals to evaluate their performance. As part of this I am also responsible for working with the staff to draw up their personal development plans to give them a clear and thought out progression through TeleWare. Show less
