  As Engineering Executive, I am primarily responsible for ProjectExecution OTIF; reviewing electrical system as per the fault level. Mykey roles involve preparing panel and electrical system design as perproject requirements; monitoring and checking quality of all electricalactivities at site; controlling sequences, editing and writing along withthe diagrams; analyzing breakdown and stoppages of machine toimprove OEE; ensuring compliance to SHE & statutory requirements;implementing CMMS system in maintenance activity. Also, I amresponsible for the projects results in improvement like energy saving,machine optimization; carrying out safety tests and recording resultson Electrical & Instrumentation equipment & systems andrecommending improvements; hazard identification and mitigation forsafe operation; Monthly reporting of all parameters in portal forfactory and share to HO; Budgeting for annual R&M; co-ordinatingwith E&T. Apart from this, I am involved in engineering sparepurchasing and procurement as per ROL; performing various practicesfor improving MTTR and MTBF; conducting and coordinating all weeklyand monthly operational review meetings for the factories; impartingtraining for improving skills; conducting internal Electrical audit & forother units; maintaining safety standard and documents;parameterizing of all Types of sensors, Temperature Controller andElectrical Control and logic control wiring; preparing monthly MIS &reporting to HO.
