      Responsible for the management of 600 staff facilitating humanitarian mine action activities across 6 Angolan provinces, including minefield clearance, survey, explosive ordnance disposal, weapons and ammunition disposal, and physical security and stockpile management.Operational, financial and logistical management of diverse portfolio of 12+ donor contracts worth $35 million, including projects with USDoS, FCDO and Government of Japan. Responsible for strategic design, planning and facilitation of all in-country of HMA projects, including development of $60 million demining project with Government of Angola in KAZA region to employ 840 people and clear 15 million m2 of landmine contaminated land.Served in working group to support national mine action authority to formulate Angola’s first 5-year National Demining Strategy (NDS) and develop National Mine Action Standards (NMAS).Served as organizational representative and session facilitator at international events for global mine clearance sector, including Wilton Park’s ‘Landmine Clearance in Angola’ conference (Johannesburg, 2019) conference and 4th Review Conference for the International Mine Ban Treaty (Oslo, 2019).Designed and implemented projects for weapons cutting, armoury refurbishment and destruction of ammunition in support of Angolan National Police’s National Disarmament Campaign 2020.Developed and maintained international and domestic relations with diverse range of stakeholders, including USDoS, EU Commission, international embassies, National Geographic, Ministry of Defence and the national mine action authority (CNIDAH).Collaborated with FCO, Kensington Palace and the Angolan Government to successfully design and coordinate the Huambo leg of HRH Prince Harry’s visit to Angola in September 2019.
