He was responsible for 20 direct sales lead generators and four bank tellers. Charles was responsible for the compliance review for all new accounts, credit appraisal for all lending requests, management of branch cash flow, authorization of customer transfers and withdrawals and the overall management of branch service.In 2013 Charles was awarded the MD service award for providing leadership in the uptake of mobile banking and internet banking in his branch with an achievement of 91% activation and 76% usage. As a Compliance Coordinator in the team Charles role was to review for compliance the applications of new accounts card applications and loan applications. With the large sales force came a number of challenging realities among them the need for continuous training.
