      IT Technician (Work Experience)

During my week-long work experience at Tytherington School alongside the IT technician team, I gained invaluable insights into the daily workings of IT support in a secondary school setting. Exploring the school's IT infrastructure, including a tour of the server room, provided me with a deeper understanding of its operations. Additionally, I delved into the maintenance of the school's website, gaining exposure to backend management processes. Collaborating with the team during on-call duties, I actively participated in troubleshooting various IT issues and tasks throughout the school, including onsite problem resolution. Show less
