      “Entrepreneurship Cells” was the pilot project implemented by the Ministry of Education through the Operational Programme “Education and Lifelong Learning” co-financed by the European Social Fund and organized at the incubator (I4G) of Euroconsultants S.A.The project aimed at supporting young people, who have distinguished themselves for their innovative business ideas in order to turn them into mature business plans and commercially viable businesses.Our team, which excelled in the context of such entrepreneurship contests was granted a scholarship as well as support, consisting of the following:◉ Provision for the possibility to work in co-working spaces (following the example of internationally known incubators) based on the most up-to-date international standards. Such co-working spaces aim at incubating young potential businessmen, providing favorable conditions for the development of cooperation and the elaboration of ideas and plans.◉ Provision for the possibility to get in touch with leaders and organize information seminars and cooperation days with the contribution of a network made up of special advisers, offering support by providing counseling services, and contact with potential investors for the business ideas.▷ During this project, I acted as the market intelligence analyst of the team. Some of my key tasks as a project team member were the following: ◉ Identified and collected necessary market, macroeconomic, customer, financial, competitors' data◉ Analyzed industry trends, current & potential competitors' performance, as well as legal and regulatory issues. In this scheme, students were embedded in the analytical function of 1 of 25 different organizations based all over the UK. ▷ As part of this scheme, I was selected as a business analyst in the Business Analytics department of Capgemini.
