  As a personal trainer I was responsible and devoted to all of my clientele in helping them work towards and achieve their goals. Working for Lean Mums, Trim Tums & Beer Belly Busters on the Gold Coast I would hold between 20 and 30 sessions per week with an average clientele of around 25 - 35. The majority of sessions held were one on one in the studio, along with weekly group sessions in the studio, at clients homes and also on the beach and in parks. I worked closely with a wide variety of people including children as young as 7 to men and women in their 70's and everything in between.I focused heavily on motivating all of my clients and instilling a solid foundation of trust which then naturally led to a strong sense of accountability in my relationship with them and enable them to kick goals and see results!
