  I managed the portfolio of rental units including apartment buildings, houses, and condos. I dealt one on one with both the property owners and the tenants.   As part of the corporate administrative team I have a variety of responsibilities including general office duties such as answering the phones, ordering supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing the office calendar and booking appointments for multiple Managers. One of my areas of focus is on creating detailed budget reports and maintain a project management software program for reporting to Managers in all offices across the country. I also assist with payroll processing/administration, accounts receivable and payable. I am also the office privacy and security officer in our Victoria office ensuring our compliance with the industrial security manual through PWGSC.
