I was responsible for initial site and crash investigation of several high-risk urban corridors on the AT network, selected through the AT Urban KiwiRap priority and SNP list. The scope of work also included preparation of traffic and pedestrian survey briefs as part of the investigation, review of consultant designs to ensure consistency with safe system principles, undertake independent AT modified urban SSAF (safe system assessment framework) reviews for base and options prepared by consultants and preparation of internal, external, ELT and NZTA consultation documentation.
