      Activities and Societies: In this program, I learned about the user experience from a marketing perspective. Throughout my studies, I conducted research, built websites, reviewed content layout and wrote copy for social media platforms, all while keeping a positive customer experience as the top priority for all outputs. My Capstone project highlighted relationship marketing and the connections that can be made between organizations and customers in our media driven society.       I worked at the New Milford T.J. Maxx store located in Connecticut. In this role, I began as a women's clothing associate, moving products onto the floor and keeping my section organized. I also worked as a fitting room attendent and cashier. In these positions, I was able to work directly with customers as they shopped the store. A few months into the role, I was promoted to Front End Coordinator and Cash Office Associate. As the Front End Coordinator I managed the daily schedules of all employees and handled all customer returns and complaints. And I researched lighting retrofit rebate programs offered by various utilities across the country. I also acted as the Marketing Coordinator.
