This involved working with various stakeholders involved with network planning and project development to introduce various initiatives on processes and standards improvements and preventing the use of substandard materials. As Head, Inspection and Quality Assurance Department, funds worth over seven hundred million naira was saved for the business through succinct inspections of materials utilization across the network and other cost optimization best practices.As Head, Inspection and Quality Assurance Department, a company-wide Network Abnormality Capture platform was created to tackle the gap that existed in reporting network abnormalities and fault closure. This greatly helped to improve revenue optimization.As Head, Inspection and Quality Assurance Department, various initiatives on process and standards continuous improvements were instituted to mitigate the encroachment of substandard materials in the network.
