  Within bol.com we're implementing a product-led way of working. In my role as way of working coach I help the teams make the shift to a product-led organisation. This includes change management, embed product-led thinking and make sure the product teams work as effectively as possible and stimulate cooperation across these teams to make them more scalable. During the design phase I was responsible for the WMS selection and implementation. This resulted in becoming the Product Owner for two starting international development teams. After the go-live of the project I was asked to join the design team which needed to expand the BFC, where I had a focus on IT. When the design team grew in size my role became more and more focussed on coaching the other team members and take the lead in our agile way of working as a scrum master/agile coach for the design team.
