  I’m the internal company contact for PointClickCare. I’m proficient in navigating and utilizing PointClickCare. I create and maintain clinical configuration for the companies 55+ SNFs. Coordinate and provide thorough and efficient end user training ranging from individual employees to facility wide trainings. Manage external vendors and medical professionals.
