  Built the organizational processes of IQVIA office in Novosibirsk from scratch. The office was awarded the status of "One of the Most Engaged Units" in the company based on 8 key dimensions.Acting as Siberian Regional Head. My responsibilities included trial execution at both local and regional levels and collaborating with key healthcare institutions and opinion leaders in the Siberian region.Organized a large-scale expansion of the clinical trials network in Siberia: from 1 trial to 280, and the number of participating healthcare institutions from 10 to 200.
