  The way I work draws on my training in a range of humanistic approaches which informs my thinking, and allows me to work in a way that is most appropriate to my clients' needs at any given time in the process. Rather than attempting to "fix' you, I view my role as a facilitator, enabling you, the client, to explore and discover a creative and hopeful way forward.I aim to provide a safe space to facilitate this therapeutic process, and to develop an honest, trusting relationship where you feel supported and listened to, which will enable you to understand and resolve your difficulties and dilemmas. I work flexibly and can offer EAP employee assistance programs,individual and couple therapy either short-term (4-6 sessions) or longer-term work, but will always be guided by what you, the client, feel you need. Some of the issues I work with are Addiction, Anger, Couples Counselling, Low Esteem/Confidence, Depression, Stress, Trauma. Show less
