  My responsibilities include, project management,strategic planning and leadership, information management,quality management, community liaison ,monitoring and evaluation and managing small and larger teams.• Lead the implementation of National mine action policies programme strategy and directives • Provide technical advice and implementation support on mine action to the Government• Liaise and coordinate with Government Agencies, Military,humanitarian demining operators and UN agencies and NGOs involved in mine action, resettlement, livelihood, infrastructure, disaster risk management and development in order to ensure sector planning meets the needs of District development plans.• Approving and executing the Mine Risk Education strategic plan and Licencing the Mine Risk Education Agencies.• Assisted in developing the Field Implementation Plan (FIP).• Organised the monitoring and evaluation system through framework development, staff guidance, technical support, and programme review.• Oversaw application of monitoring and evaluation activities• Coordinate and manage the village development forums/village development committees, takes the distinct capabilities, needs and perspectives of women, girls, boys and men into consideration in the design, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of project activities and encourages the other stakeholders to do the same.• Lead strategic planning by the National Mine Action Centre /Ministry of Economic Development;• Supervise all Project field based staff; including the Administrative & Finance Assistant, Operations Officers and Quality Assurance Team Leaders.• Manage project assets in accordance with UNDP procedures.• Ensure UN security regulations and procedures are adhered to.
