Mumbai Mumbai Metro Line - 3 (MML - 3) is one of the key projects to improve the transportation scenario in the financial capital of India. It is an underground metro project in the financial district of the city.   Worked with the institute on a Directed research project on "Study of progress monitoring on construction projects”. My study was focused on India’s one of its prestigious, first in kind hybrid project of Redevelopment of Gandhinagar Railway station along with the development of 318 rooms 5-star hotel building at the airspace above the station at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The study was limited to identify the causes of delay and control of factor that led to delay in progress of the project, Pre-During-Post construction. Impact of design changes on overall project, leading to incursions of variations in the projects and recommendation for the avoidance/proper management of such varianceI had also worked as professional advisor to the Forest & Environment Department, Government of Gujarat. The role included planning and supervising the 13th Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals organized by the United Nations at Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre, Gandhinagar.
