      Activities and Societies: Although studying an arts degree i maintained a close connection with my fitness ambitions, self developing my skills and training throughout my 3 years. I received a degree in film studies more specifically theory based. This degree required me to analyse film texts, research and think creatively and intuitively to come up with original thoughts, ideas and concepts. Giving me the skills to think on a deeper level towards dialogues of all topics i am very happy with this line of study, although constantly under the assumption i studied a sports qualification.       My Role is combination of, CSM: - Dealing with new enquiries who would like to join our facility. - Managing retention by listening to and acting on current members feedback. - Chasing leads and cancelled members to discover ways we can improve as business to improve retention of clients.Lead intern coach: - The management and training during onboarding of new coaches. - Staff training. Director of All In Events: - The organisation, development and delivery of 1 day fitness competitions and workshops.
