      I assisted the Client Solutions Manager in addressing client needs as they arose. I also participated in client strategy and planning meetings. I analyzed advertising campaigns and made recommendations to improve responsiveness and success. I learned my responsibilities quickly and thrived in a team setting. I assisted multiple Client Solutions Representatives on various projects.

      I managed the forecast plan 300+ finished goods and accessories with a scheduling lead time of one to two months. As part of that role I led a weekly forecast oversight meeting with several operations and sales executive in attendance. I served on multiple inventory accuracy and reporting committees. I also cemented my role as the ERP specialist of the company. Some highlight accomplishments were:• $2MM reduction in on-hand inventory through ERP enhancement implementation• 10% improvement in forecast accuracy by introducing new analysis tools to the forecasting process• 5% increase in inventory turns through creating a new sales promotions monitoring system Show less I sought to establish dynamic and strategic relationships with critical suppliers. A significant project was evaluating our corrugate supply strategy. I also managed a time sensitive raw materials delivery schedule for a new multi-million dollar partnership project with a large, US based retailer. I created a procurement database to improve the quoting process. Some highlight accomplishments from that time:• 32% reduction of on-hand corrugate inventory by negotiating a reduction in minimum order quantities and an extensive usage review• 23% reduction on back orders through creating a more dynamic procurement schedule Show less I supported the ERP function of the company for all employees in multiple departments. I conducted training courses for new and promoted employees on the ERP functions their new roles would encompass. New focus areas I worked in included: inventory control, forecasting, manufacturing reporting and warehousing.
