Established conformance to Hybrid life cycle in Maintenance practices, carried out rolling wave planning including key stakeholders. * Monitored Cause / Effect diagrams, checked interlocks and carried troubleshooting of Plant PLCs of Honeywell (FSC and Safety Manager), GE (Mark Vie), Schneider, Siemens (S200, S1200) before start-up of refining units. This resulted in smooth start-up of units after shutdown. * Reinstated non-functional wireless CAVOTEC make pendant for operating LLOYDs loading arms at OSTT facility in time. Prevented demurrage and saved an amount of $20,000,000. * Planned and implemented PM/CM schedules, Process Safety Management, 5S, 6Sigma principles, SOPs, MWPs to complete projects successfully within time and budget to facilitate incident free, reliable, quality job at field and shop.
