  I coach people who concluded the International Leadership Programme (ILP). This is an amazing programme that connect young people all over the world. During the programme, people discover their inner leadership and learn how to put this quality at service of their community and the planet. Main topic I've been coaching Wyse ILP participants have been developing an authentic leadership and showing vulnerability. Around vulnerability I use psychosynthesis tools to help people accepting part of the personality they dislike, solving inner conflicts, making difficult decisions. A large part of the coaching program is focused on self-compassion. Around self-compassion coaching I always have been inspired by Malcolm Suryacitta (as explained in his main book "A mindfulness teacher's handbook"). Show less

Retreats are usually held in natural environments and cover many topics (more important are: Be in the here and now, Express gratitude, Visioning the future).
