  McKenna Townsend is a multi-award winning, full service marketing and public relations agency based in Hampshire. During my time as Account Manager, I worked to deliver PR and Marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients across the retail, marine and health and social care sectors.   As Web Editor, I planned and implemented the University's digital strategy and digital advertising plan. I project-managed the relaunch of aub.ac.uk in 2017, that gave the site a brand new look/feel and significantly overhauled key sections to improve user experience. I drafted web copy, press releases and news stories, ensuring web copy was clear, optimised, on-brand and structured intuitively. Whilst at AUB, I worked on the PR strategy for the University, liaising with journalists to promote key announcements, successes and developments, and wrote for the Alumni magazine, One Piece of Advice.
