  Worked at the SEM (Shared Energy Management) part of Spoormaker & Partners. SEM carries out energy audits on large commercial buildings. I was tasked with writing a program that automated the audits from excel spreadsheets into report form for clients. I also added to the Green Star Building Appendix regarding climatic zone categorisations as well as aiding the engineers on various other tasks.

I was involved in many large projects in Cape Town, most notably the Portside Building (tallest building in Cape Town), New Christian Memorial Hospital and Citadel Head Office Building. I was the lead HVAC and BMS consultant from start to finish for the Citadel Head Office Building.
